F&M Bank Awards Teacher of the Month Certificate for February 2017

In late February, we had the privilege of giving Mr. Steve Johnson of Luray High School our Teacher of the Month award. Steve was nominated for his dedication to supporting the EverFi Financial Education Program in his classroom.

Steve has taught grades 9-12 for 28 years and has instructed 429 modules with 55 students in recent years. Steve says, financial education is important as it “readies [students] to be productive adults when they leave high school.”
