F&M Bank Corp Welcomes Erica Truban to Board of Directors

TIMBERVILLE, Va. - [September 16, 2026] F&M Bank Corp. (OTCQX: FMBM), the parent company of Farmers & Merchants Bank, is pleased to announce that Erica Truban has joined its Board of Directors.

Truban brings more than 20 years of experience spanning Big Four auditing, advisory consulting and executive leadership at Intuit. A Certified Public Accountant, she has extensive expertise in financial services, risk management, global operations and enterprise-wide digital transformation. She recently joined Laurel Ridge Community College as Assistant Professor and Program Lead of Business.

Early in her career, Truban worked with community banks, including F&M, developing a strong appreciation for the role they play in supporting local businesses, families and communities.

As a board member, Truban will offer a customer-centered perspective on growth, governance and innovation. Her experience will help guide discussions about how technology and scaled operations can strengthen client trust, improve execution and support long-term shareholder value while maintaining financial integrity.

Truban also has deep ties to the Winchester community. She served as a chair and member of the Winchester Public School Board for 10 years and currently serves on the board of the United Way of the Shenandoah Valley. She is passionate about public education, family financial stability, workforce development and community resilience.
