About Our Children’s Online Privacy
The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) was passed to give parents greater control over what information is collected from their children online and how it is used. The law applies to websites and services directed to, or that knowingly collect information from, children under the age of 13.
F&M Bank's websites and online services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
For more information about COPPA, visit the Federal Trade Commission’s website. The federal government also provides a resource called Kidz Privacy to help educate parents and children about online safety.
