It's easy to get overwhelmed when buying your first home. But don't worry. We're with you the whole way, starting with helpful details about
your home loan options.
Fixed-Rate Mortgages
If you want predictability in your monthly mortgage payment, a fixed-rate home loan is your best choice. The interest rate stays the same for the loan's full term, meaning your principal and interest payments won't change. Learn more about our Conventional Home Loans.
Adjustable-Rate Mortgages
An ARM provides more flexibility, with a low interest rate for a fixed period of time followed by a variable rate that adjusts up or down depending on the index it is tied to.
Fixed-rate periods can last from one month to 10 years, making an ARM ideal if you spend fewer than 10 years in your home or anticipate higher incomes in the future. There's also a cap on the interest rate increases, so you’ll know how high your monthly payment could be after the initial fixed-rate period ends.
VA Loans
We're proud to serve those who proudly serve our country. The Veterans Administration guarantees all VA Loans, which allows us to offer current and retired service members and eligible surviving spouses more competitive rates on their mortgage. A VA Loan is a great option for qualified veterans to receive up to 100% financing.
USDA – Rural Development Loans
If you prefer rural living, you could borrow up to 100% of the sales price of your home with a USDA Loan. There are eligibility requirements for the home's location, your income limits and other factors we can explain in full detail.
