Glendor Farm is a fourth-generation beef farm located on Mount Clinton Pike in Harrisonburg. Owner Bryce Blosser proudly raises cattle that are antibiotic and hormone free, and finished on local corn and grain. In addition to the pasture operation, GlenDor offers online ordering and in-person shopping at its popular farm store known as “The Red Barn.” The Red Barn is a perfect one-stop shop for individual cuts of beef, pork and lamb and is open to the public on Saturdays from 10am-2pm and Wednesdays 4pm-6pm.
GlenDor Farm operates in partnership with Jamie Housden, a Valley-based farmer who brings with him 30 years of agricultural experience. On a recent trip out to GlenDor, we got to know Jamie and Bryce, whose enthusiasm and passion for agriculture was contagious.
