With a strong background in business development and relationship management, Bankemper brings valuable experience and deep community ties that align with F&M’s commitment to relationship-based banking.
This appointment comes alongside the recent promotion of Jonathan Reimer to Northern Market Executive, a role that includes oversight of the bank’s growth strategy across Winchester and surrounding communities. Reimer, a longtime leader within the organization, brings strategic insight and a deep understanding of the region’s needs to his expanded role.
